Our Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we accept returns and exchanges within the first 30 days of receiving your product. After that time, we unfortunately won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.What do you need to return or exchange a product?

- Be in the same condition as you received it: It must be in perfect condition.
- Present proof of purchase: We need you to send us the document that proves your purchase in our store.

We accept product exchanges even if they are not defective or damaged . If you wish to exchange an item for another (whether for size, color, model, or simply because you changed your mind), please email us at tiendacahuin@gmail.com stating the reason for the exchange and then send the product, prepaid shipping, to:

What happens after you submit your return?
- Receiving and Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will send you an email to let you know we have received it.
- Approval or rejection: We'll review the product to ensure it meets our terms and conditions. We'll notify you if your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
- Refund (if approved): If your refund is approved, we'll process it and the money will automatically be credited to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs, only the item's value) within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.
What to do if you don't see your refund?
- Check your bank account: It may take a few days for your refund to appear.
- Contact your bank or credit card company: Sometimes the process can take a little longer.

Shipping for Returns
- Do not send the product to the manufacturer. The correct return address is: Punto Blue Express Esemaq (Av. Eastman 4893), Olmué, V Region.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the product.
- Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, we'll deduct the return shipping cost from the total amount.
- The time it takes for an exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on where you live.
- We can't guarantee that we'll receive the product you send back. You must send it through Bluexpress, as we have a partnership with them.
